HANDS ON SERVICES OF INDIANA AND HANDS ON HAVEN INC. recently joined forces with the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration’s national underage drinking prevention and substance use campaign, called “Talk. They Hear You.”® The campaign provides parents and caregivers with the resources they need to have conversations with young people about the risks of alcohol and substance use.
